More than 14 months after announcing his commitment, Wil Libbert was finally able to put his name on the dotted line. “I’ve been waiting for this for a while,” Libbert, a Blair Oaks senior pitcher, said after signing his letter of intent Wednesday morning with the University of Missouri baseball team. “Just to finally make it official is pretty cool.”
