An accident occurred at mile marker 217 on I-35 southbound near Tonkawa on Monday, March 25 resulting in two injuries and one fatality. The accident occurred at approximately 8:18 am on Monday, when a 2014 Dodge Avenger with four occupants traveling southbound departed the road and struck three employees of Wildcat Construction, who were working on the bridge embankment off the roadway.
