Cyclists hit fast trails at the 2020 Merry Masher fat bike race in Chugiak Wait 1 second to continue. The annual Merry Masher fat bike race was held Saturday around the Mirror Lake singletrack trails in Chugiak. Overall winner Jason Lamoreaux won the 7-mile race with a time of 31 minutes, 10.4 seconds, beating second-place Will Ross by 45.8 seconds. Andrea Kettler won the women’s division with a time of 43 minutes, 42.2 seconds. Due to COVID-19, this year’s race was a time-trial format, with each racer starting a minute apart.
