Dan Whelan The logistics firm has signed a 15-year lease with landowner William Fishwick & Sons to occupy a speculative warehouse next to its existing headquarters at Haydock Cross Industrial Estate. Under the terms of the deal, Law Distribution will design and build the 120,000 sq ft warehouse on Kilbuck Lane, known as Arc 130, and work to erect the steel frame has begun.
