An argument over a spilled drink apparently sparked the weekend’s deadly shooting outside a Norfolk, Virginia nightspot, the city’s police chief said Monday.
Police Chief Larry Boone made the remarks during a meeting of the Downtown Norfolk Civic League on Monday night. Sierra Jenkins, a 25-year-old reporter for The Virginian-Pilot and Daily Press, and 25-year-old Devon M. Harris, of Portsmouth, were killed in the shooting.
