Republican Thomas Malone, in an email read during Wednesday night's remote meeting, said, "being on the Town Council has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. The Town Council on Wednesday night unanimously approved sending the package to voters. Spending goes up by 0.27%, while the mill rate does down by 3.56%.
