TheVirginia State Police has issued a senior alert in hopes of finding an elderly man who went missing from Culpeper, Virginia on Sunday. Robert William Steele was last seen around noon on Sunday. He was leaving his residence on Elmwood Dr. and heading towards Skyline Drive, authorities say. He reportedly suffers from cognitive and vision impairments. Steele is an 83-year-old white male, weighs 120 pounds, and hasblue eyes, and gray/blonde hair.
