Wealth giant names chief digital and information officer, while UK firm expands international service UBS The Switzerland-headquartered wealth manager has made several changes to its group executive board. Mike Dargan will be promoted to chief digital and information officer, effective from 1 May. He has been at UBS since 2016 when he took on the role of head of group technology. Markus Diethelm will step down as group general counsel after 13 years, effective from 1 November 2021.
