Saginaw man charged with life offense in dispute that led to gunfire Updated Jan 12, 2021; Facebook Share SAGINAW, MI — Police have arrested a man accused of opening fire on another man on a Saginaw street in broad daylight. Officers on Sunday, Jan. 10, located and arrested Willie Scott Jr., 29, and lodged him in the Saginaw County Jail. The next day, Scott appeared before Saginaw County District Judge M. Randall Jurrens for arraignment on single counts of assault with intent to murder — a life offense — carrying a concealed weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition and three counts of felony firearm.
