Edwardsville man charged with aggravated DUI Scott Cousins, scousins@thetelegraph.com FacebookTwitterEmail EDWARDSVILLE — An Edwardsville man was charged Monday with aggravated DUI after a May 8 incident in Collinsville. Jose D. Rivas Pacheco, 28, of Edwardsville, was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence, a Class 4 felony. The case was presented by the Collinsville Police Department. According to court documents, on May 8 Pacheco allegedly was found to be driving a 2010 mercury under the influence of alcohol. It was noted he had a suspended license for related charges....
