The Kandiyohi County Board approved an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation that will upgrade the 1st Avenue West railroad crossing near the Farm Service Elevator and PALS.
Crews will begin working to repair the bridge east of Kandiyohi County Road 55 on Monday, May 6. Work is expected to last up to three days.
