Mattapan shooting: Man to be arraigned on gun charges in connection to death of 12-year-old boy
As relatives wept, the older brother of a 12-year-old Mattapan boy who was fatally shot in his home was arraigned Friday in Dorchester Municipal Court for allegedly improperly storing the firearm that discharged, killing the child.
