The Arkansas Tech University Department of Art will host a reception for spring 2023 Windgate Foundation artist in residence Haylee Bolinger on Friday, Sept. 8, a press release announced.
“In Residence” to explore work of Sawtooth wood and ceramics Artists in Residence
Comprehensive Juvenile Services recently was awarded a $544,426 grant from the Windgate Foundation to construct a new shelter location and move the Western Arkansas Youth Shelter from rural Franklin County to Mulberry in Crawford County.
The shelter must raise nearly $550,000 in order to receive a matching grant that will help fund the new facility.
