Microsoft is expanding the capabilities of its App restore via OOBE which it debuted back in May. In case you weren't aware, the feature is meant to make it easier to back-up and restore apps.
The full changelog for the Windows 11 Insider Dev Channel Build 23493 also includes native support for several archive file types, including RAR, along with a new volume mixer experience.
