Charter Communications Inc. has launched high-speed Spectrum service for residential and small-business customers in East Cleveland. The broadband, mobile, TV and voice service is available in more than 9,000 homes and small businesses. It follows Spectrum's December 2021 purchase of Windspeed Broadband LLC, formerly known as East Cleveland Cable.
