Charter Communications rep talks broadband expansion with Guernsey County commissioners.

More homes and businesses in Delta, Red River and Fannin counties will gain access to high-speed broadband internet through the Federal Communications Commission’s Rural Digital Opportunity Fund Phase I auction, according to auction results released this month. Access to high-speed broadband internet is coming to an additional 3,066 locations in Somerset County and 3,557 locations in Cambria County.
