Posted on April 18, 2021   Calistoga, Calif. - Castello di Amorosa’s Director of Winemaking Brooks Painter announces the promotion of Shelby Green to a new role as Assistant Winemaker for both Castello di Amorosa and V. Sattui Winery. Shelby joined the wineries in 2017, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Food Science with a minor in Culinary Food Science at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
