It's been a tough year for people who work in the world of charity.

Caboth grew up in Montrose and Donnellson. She and her husband, Tristan, recently moved back to Southeast Iowa after a few years in Des Moines.
"We wanted to be back closer to our home and all of our family and friends," she said. "I mean, we both went to school here at Central Lee and we wanted to raise our family with the community support that we had growing up as kids."
