The Montana native has worked in housing for his entire career and he and his former business partner grew a small company into a national presence. Wishcamper Development Partners recently held a virtual groundbreaking ceremony on Stillwater Crossing a $51.6 million, 240-unit affordable housing apartment community planned for Bend.
