Colonel Thomas to run for Onslow County Sheriff
The Chief Deputy of the Onslow County Sheriff's Office, Colonel Chris Thomas, Is looking to move up one rank in the department after announcing his candidacy for Sheriff. According to a release from his campaign, Colonel Thomas has served in law enforcement for over 34 years, beginning in 1986 after graduating Basic Law Enforcement Training at Coastal Carolina Community College.
