Rescue Village board names Kenneth Clarke as new director
Kenneth Clarke, new executive director of Rescue Village, sees the animal shelter in Russell Township as doing âincredible work for the community and animals and their people.â Mr. Clarke said he wants to continue the wonderful programs at Rescue Village that strive to save and care for animals. The board of trustees hired Mr. Clarke, 51, as director in March, but he already was deeply involved in the work of the Geauga County Humane Societyâs shelter on Chillicothe Road.
