Won't start in 2wd. No Noise, No Click, but starts in 4wd low

Won't start in 2wd. No Noise, No Click, but starts in 4wd low
Recently been having problems starting my 2010 2D Jeep Wrangler Manual.
When I go to start it in the morning all my lights turn on but I get no Noise, no clicking sound.
Recently stumbled on a post that mentioned trying it in 4wd low and it started right up.
What do you think could be the problem?
It was been low temperature the past few days, not sure if that could explain it.
