The prime site with an ambitious design for a three-storey home overlooking Main Beach in Byron Bay has been listed for sale off-the-plan with global luxury property agency, Beauchamp Estates for 35 million pounds (61.3 million Australian dollars at the current exchange rate). The Beach House is planned for a quarter acre block on the Bay Motel site at 12 Bay Street, next door to the Byron Beach Hotel, which recently sold for $100 million. ....
