Sheridan's Frozen Custard closes Cordova location
The custard shop is known for its frozen custard treats such as concretes and sundaes. The Dirt & Worms Concrete (a thick blended shake) was a beloved treat by youngsters. Roy said he had many reasons for closing the business he opened in December 2003. He cited the difficulty in finding good employees over the past few years as one example. He and his family will be moving to Destin, Florida. "If anyone would like to open a custard shop to fill the void left by Sheridan's, I would be happy to consult with them on how to do it," Roy said.
