FORT GAY — A man was arrested Tuesday morning after authorities say he threatened neighbors and a deputy while armed.

Regions Commercial Roofing filed a lawsuit against Susan Moore, of Cedar Rapids, in Scott County District Court, alleging she failed to pay the remaining $28,775 for a new roof and siding after the 2020 derecho. Moore says she paid the project manager, who has since died.

LOGAN — Seventy-seven indictments were returned in Logan County Circuit Court after the grand jury met in September. The list was released by Logan County Prosecuting Attorney David Wandling.
