Class will teach mushroom cultivation
WARSAW â An upcoming class will teach people how to grow their own edible mushrooms at home. The class will take place 4 p.m. April 30 at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming Count at 36 Center St. Itâs limited to 20 people and is set for room LC1. The session will cover the basics of growing shiitake, lionâs mane, oyster, wine cap and nameko mushrooms.
