LOWELL — The city may have the second-largest Cambodian-American population in the U.S. after Long Beach, California, but Lowell was cookbook author Padma Lakshmi’s first stop when scouting locations for a new season of her Hulu food show, “Taste the Nation.”
Lowell is the setting of an episode of the second season of Hulu’s “Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi,” which is premiering on the streaming service.
