Grandmother after the children were found safe. Police say 3year old ymani banks and d neyearold yamir banks were found at a home in alta about six o clock last night. Witnesses told police the children were dropped off by another Family Member earlier monday. Police say the witnesses were unaware of a court order that the children be turned oveveto authorities. The chchdrens father, 32 yearold scott banks and their grandmother, 50yearold dionne pamon are both charged with kidnapping. Theyre accused of hiding the children from officials with the Iowa Department of human services. The children ...
