“At the end of the day, we just said, ‘Listen, call it Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,’ because that song – the lyrics in that – seemed to sum up the flavor of the whole album. And if you don’t get an album for the first few minutes then you’re always struggling, and yet thank God it was Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.”
