Image: Abi Begum via Flickr cc The results of the large patient-led survey of GP surgeries across the region are in and have revealed the best and worst rated surgeries in the Surrey Heartlands area according to their patients. The Surrey Heartlands CCG covers GP surgeries in about three-quarters of the county including those based in Elmbridge, Epsom and Ewell, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate and Banstead, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Tandridge, Waverley and Woking. The survey related to the Surrey Heartlands CCG sent out some 34,571 questionnaires, with 14,057 (41 per cent) being returned completed. Overall in Surrey the results showed a high percentage of patients that were satisfied with their GPs. ....
