Former Moroccan Prime Minister Abdelilah Benkirane said that the Arab Spring was not over yet.
Speaking at the second conference of the Arab Council via video conference late Friday, Benkirane called on Arab leaders to reconcile with their people.

No slowdown in home loan applications yet, says Kiwibank boss

Soon to be tighter lending restrictions have yet to slow down investor applications for home loans, Kiwibank s chief executive says.
The loan to value ratio restrictions on bank lending are due to come back into
force from Monday March, 1 meaning banks will only be able to do up to 5 per cent of loans to investors with a deposit under 30 per cent and 20 per cent to owner-occupiers with deposits under 20 per cent.
