Equity Mates joins Acast Creator Network April 22, 2021 11:06 Finance and investing podcast Equity Mates has joined the Acast Creator Network. The announcement: Equity Mates Media, the number one finance and investing network for young Australians, has joined the Acast Creator Network. Its five podcasts, which are some of Australia’s favourites, will now be hosted and distributed by the creator-first podcast company Acast. Equity Mates Media was created to give everyday people the inspiration, information and confidence to break into the world of investing, from beginning to dividend. Co-founders Bryce Leske and Alec Renehan met at university and both developed a passion for investing. As they spoke to friends and family about their interest, they realised a lot of people faced the same challenges.
Equity Mates Investing, Get Started Investing, Comedian V Economist, Meet Pay Love and You’re In Good Company – have joined the Acast Creator Network. The podcasters previously had an arrangement with Australian Radio Network’s (ARN) iHeartPodcast Network. Acast will now host and distribute the five podcasts, making them available across multiple apps, as well as managing monetisation of the shows through ads and branded content. The podcasts were created to give people the inspiration, information and confidence to break into the world of investing. Guy Scott-Wilson, Acast’s content director for Australia and New Zealand, said he’s looking forward to working with his latest signings.
With personality and audio-centred media increasingly appearing to be the future, it’s not surprising one of Australia’s most successful finance podcasts is run by two guys in their twenties who are, by their own admission, a great hang.

CDC: Over 500 Deaths Now Following mRNA Experimental Injections – “Vaccine Hesitancy” Increasing by Editor, Health Impact News The CDC has done another data dump into the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines. The data goes through January 29, 2021, with 11,249 recorded adverse events, including 501 deaths following injections of the experimental COVID mRNA shots by Pfizer and Moderna. Besides the recorded 501 deaths, there were 2443 visits to Emergency Room doctors, 156 permanent disabilities, and 1066 hospitalizations. Almost 70% of the recorded deaths were among people over the age of 65. As we have previously reported, because the VAERS reporting system is voluntary, studies show that less than 1% of all vaccine injuries and deaths are recorded.
