8 arrested in stabbing involving juveniles
Philadelphia police have arrested eight people — including four juveniles — in connection with a disturbance at an apartment off of St. Francis Drive early last week that left two female victims seriously injured with stab wounds, said Philadelphia Police Chief Eric Lyons.
