CLYMER A two-car accident at Route 474 and 426 led to charges for a town resident. Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report the accident occurred at 10:51 p.m. Friday. The two vehicles had struck each other head on at the intersection. All occupants of the involved vehicles were interviewed and one passenger sustained minor injuries for which she was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital. Further investigation revealed that one of the operators, 25-year-old Zane Tucker had been driving while intoxicated. Tucker was subsequently charged and transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Tucker was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI common law, consumption/alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, and failure to keep right. ....
