Sydney Roasting Co. brings all-day locally roasted coffee to Lebanon With the opening of Sydney Roasting Co, locally roasted coffee is available at the crack of dawn and into the evening alike in Lebanon. Located at 12 N. 9th St., Sydney is open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. It replaces the now-defunct Wrinkle and Boon, itself only 2 years old at the time of its closure. Zanetta Kok, who co-owns the cafe with her husband, Kenny, not only has hopes that Sydney is not just here to stay, but dreams that one day it will become a national chain.
