Boston Parents Group Sues BPS Committee Over Zip Code Admission Process
Feb 27, 2021 BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Boston Public School Committee is facing a lawsuit over its newly-approved "Zip Code Quota" admissions plan for Boston's three exam schools. The lawsuit was filed Saturday in the U.S. District Court in Boston by a group called The Boston Parents Coalition for Academic Excellence.
