Disney Animation Confirms Encanto And More

Disney had a lot to announce Thursday during a mammoth investor day that detailed the movies, TV series and more the company has coming to cinemas and its Disney+ series. Among them was confirmation of new movie
Encanto.
The movie, due out in November 2021, will be directed (as we learned back in June) by
Zootropolis' Jared Bush and Byron Howard, plus co-writer-turned-co-director Charise Castro Smith. Set in Colombia, it follows "a magical family in a magical home" and features music from Lin-Manuel Miranda.
