Disney’s “Newsies, The Musical” will be performed seven times beginning Jan. 29 at Friendswood High School.
“Performing during a pandemic requires a pivot,” said director Kathy Powdrell, including changes to sell tickets and post programs online and to reduce the size of audiences.
“We have added an additional performance at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4 to give more families an opportunity to see the great work the students are doing,” Powdrell said. ....
