Every December for more than half a century, members of the Greenville Choral Society have gathered to unite their voices and offer a Christmas concert as a gift to the community. But the circumstances of this season have called for a new arrangement.
Due to COVID-19, the organization’s Concert Choir divided into sections to film its holiday performance, combining 45 voices into a single digital concert for last week’s premiere. Within three days, the virtual production of “The Many Moods of Christmas” had nearly 2,000 views, with local audiences as well as people from South Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Louisiana and Pennsylvania watching online. ....
