Colliers has made two new hires in its office in Kansas City, Missouri. 
Jeff Winters has joined Colliers as a principal and senior vice president specializing in sales and leasing in the office sector with an emphasis in tenant representation.  Winters was previously a vice president with Cushman and Wakefield, where he spent the last 12 years.
“We are thrilled to add Jeff to our team. He has an established book of business, has had a lot of success, and will be a great fit at Colliers,” said Ed Elder, president at Colliers Kansas City.  “In addition, after navigating through a challenging year, we saw opportunities to further enhance our team and provide our clients with best-in-class services, this included adding a project management department to our in-house capabilities.” ....

Kathy Feist was frustrated. She and her neighbors in south Kansas City were about to vote in a special election to send a representative to the Missouri legislature and Feist couldn’t locate much helpful information about the candidates.
“The only way to find out anything was to look at the signs in people’s yards,” she said. “I felt people deserved better.” ....
