Luzerne County Child Advocacy Center is selling bouquets of pinwheels to raise funds and awareness to prevent child abuse in the region during April, which is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Bouquets of 10 pinwheels are $25 and can be purchased by emailing Shannon.peduto@luzernecountycac.org, call 570-208-2895 or purchase via the CAC website. Pinwheel bouquets are available for pickup now through April 30. Area residents are encouraged to purchase pinwheel bouquets and plant a pinwheel garden on their property to demonstrate their support for efforts to prevent child abuse in the area.

A craft and vendor sale, indoor and outdoor, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at the Dallas Eastern Star Hall, 15 Foster St., Dallas.
