United Nations, Feb 16 (Prensa Latina) Cuba reaffirmed on Tuesday at the United Nations its support for strengthening the guiding role of the General Assembly, in its capacity as the main regulatory, deliberative, policy-making and representative body of the multilateral organization.
In the opening session of the Special Committee on the UN Charter, Cuba s alternate permanent representative to the United Nations, Ana Silvia Rodriguez, also invited to engage in a constructive and genuine dialogue that allows progress on long-standing issues included in the body s agenda.
