Man guilty of manslaughter in AC DUI crash


APACHE COUNTY — David Lamoyne Wilbert, 65, of Denver, pleaded guilty in the Apache County Superior Court on Dec. 9 to the manslaughter death of his wife, Kim Robinson, 58. She was a passenger in a 2004 Ford Explorer that Wilber crashed into a fence after a rollover on U.S. Highway 191 north of Chinle. That’s where the Arizona Department of Transportation lists milepost 478, the location of the wreck according to court filings prepared by Department of Public Safety which investigated the crime.
Wilbert also pleaded guilty to one aggravated DUI charge, a Class 4 Felony. DPS reported that his blood alcohol content several hours after the rollover was .17. The presumed impairment level for drivers in Arizona is .08. ....
