MARION – As you’ve probably heard many times, things have a way of working out. Well, they did, and they have, for Samantha McCurdy.
“As a kid, I was actually kind of a troublemaker,” McCurdy began her story, with a grin. “I’m sure my parents would agree. I did, however, want to be a veterinarian from a very young age. I love animals! But when I found out I would also have to put animals to sleep, that quickly ruined my dream of being a vet.”
“Right after high school,” she continued, “I almost went to cosmetology school, but instead I began working in a few factories over the next 4-5 years. But I didn’t feel like that was my calling. Yes, I was paying my bills, but I wanted to do more.” ....
