Tourism Ministry Promotes Work From Bali

Balipost.com, speaking at a press conference on Saturday, 22 May 2021, Vinsensius Jemadu, the
 Director of Marketing for the Ministry of Tourism, confirmed that 25% of government workers could practically relocate and 
“Work from Bali” (WFB).
Jemadu said the most readily available way to boost Bali tourism is to relocate civil servants from their present locations to the Island of Bali. At the same time, the Tourism official admitted the cost of undertaking such a relocation would likely be substantial.
Vinsensius Jemadu said that any 
WFB program would necessarily be conducted under the

Paris Blockchain Week promises in-depth analysis
From April 13-19, the Paris Blockchain Week will host numerous events under the joint High Patronage of the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance and the Secretary of State for Digital Affairs. The whole week will be dedicated to blockchain and crypto-assets.
The Paris Blockchain Week aims at showcasing the French crypto-asset ecosystem and will gather the most prominent international organizations of the industry for a series of events. 
“France has decided to take blockchain seriously,” Minister of the Economy and Finance Bruno LeMaire said. “Among other things, it has drafted an exclusive framework for crypto-assets, guaranteeing trust for users and high flexibility for the industry’s organizations. The Paris Blockchain Week will prove the dynamism of the French ecosystem, which has everything needed to become a worldwide industry leader.” ....

What led the Ministry for the Economy, Investment and Small Businesses to issue regulations requiring companies to disclose their ultimate beneficial owners?
The journey started in May 2016 when Malta participated in the London Anti-Corruption Summit and made commitments to fight corruption. The pledge at that time was to establish a central Register of Beneficial Owners for companies incorporated in Malta, as well as to facilitate the exchange of beneficial ownership information in line with EU Directives. It was further pledged that it would ensure law enforcement agencies have full and effective access to beneficial ownership information for companies and other legal entities registered within Malta. ....

Malta is driving forward a knowledge-based economy founded on research, creativity, innovation and the capabilities of the human intellect as means to elicit new areas of economic growth. This was said by Minister Silvio Schembri at the launch of the TAKEOFF Seed Fund Award (TOSFA), which is allocating another €100,000 to start-ups that wish to commercialise their business ideas. Minister Schembri stated this in the context of his ministry drafting an economic strategy for the long-term, with this pillar being seen as both the present and the future. ....
