Disgraced former Springfield police officer granted conditional admittance to Oregon State Bar

This is the Oregon State Supreme Court in Salem.
When he was a police officer in Springfield, Neil Halttunen used his position to exploit women for sex. To stop further investigation, he relinquished his certifications, barring him from any future work as a public safety officer in Oregon. In 2017, he applied to the Oregon State Bar and was rejected. 
But on Dec. 24, the Oregon Supreme Court ruled that Halttunen will be allowed to practice law under certain conditions. 
These conditions which tally to a total of eight will last four years, require monthly counseling sessions at his own cost for at least two years, an annual report from his mental health treatment provider each of the two years and that he  refrain from pursing a sexual or romantic relat ....
