Robin Autopilot, a leader in robotic mowing technology and the robotics as a service (RaaS) platform, announced that it would be consolidating its corporate headquarters with its recently acquired franchise business, North Carolina-based Mowbot and relocating to McKinney. Robin’s new headquarters will initially occupy 10,000 square feet with an option to expand at 7850 Collin McKinney Pkwy.
Robin was represented throughout the selection process by CBRE, led by Rene Castillo, and Jackson Walker, led by Luke Franz. Robin is one of the many tech companies that have recently announced their expansion or relocation into McKinney via the Innovation Fund; other startups like Alanna.ai, MyTelemedicine, and ContraForce also recently opened headquarters in the city.

A new Frisco office has landed its first tenant.
The Office Three building is part of the $1.8 billion Frisco Station mixed-use development.
Located just west of the Dallas North Tollway, the 242-acre project surrounds the Dallas Cowboys headquarters and is a development of VanTrust Real Estate, Hillwood and The Rudman Partnership.
The six-story, 210,000-square-foot Offices Three building located north of Warren Parkway just opened its doors.

Developers have completed construction on a Frisco office project.
VanTrust Real Estate LLC has opened The Offices Three at Frisco Station, located west of the Dallas North Tollway on Warren Parkway.
The 210,000-square-foot speculative office building is in the $1.8 billion Frisco Station mixed-use development.
VanTrust started the building in early 2020. It’s the third of five planned office buildings to be constructed on the north side of Warren Parkway.
