University of San Diego School of Law professor Tom Smith publicly stated in his legal blog that “If you believe that the coronavirus did not escape from the lab in Wuhan, you have to at least consider that you are an idiot who is swallowing whole a lot of Chinese swaddle.” This theory is not new or unknown. But there is “exactly zero evidence or data” of the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19 “having any connection to a lab,” as Scripps Research Institute professor Kristian Anderson wrote recently. The theory is also contradicted by the majority of scientists, and the United States Intelligence Community. ....

In 2019-20, 77% of high school seniors took the SAT test as part of the process of applying for admission to colleges and universities. In 2020-21, fewer than 50% will do so and most colleges are not requiring SAT scores because many of the testing dates were canceled because of COVID.
Now the woke race activists are demanding that standardized testing be eliminated altogether as part of the college admissions process. Their reason? Because lower test scores by minority students (except Asians pay not attention) is a reflection of racism the results prove the racism, and nothing more be said or proven. ....

Yale Law Journal on Friday released admissions data in the face of a week-long pressure campaign in which activists alleged that blacks are underrepresented on the masthead. The numbers demonstrate the opposite, showing that blacks and other minority groups are overrepresented on the prestigious journal relative both to the student body at large and the general population.
