The Commissioners Court had pushed back this vote on Monday so that their attorneys and engineer Judd Gilpin could whittle down the contract so as not to duplicate services with the construction manager and architect. After removing a few unnecessary services, they reduced the price by $200,000, said the court’s attorney Nathan Bratton. ....
