The overdose victim, 38-year-old Andrew Shelley, was found dead March 18 by a hiker in a wooded area off Route 70 in Medford, the prosecutor’s office said in a statement. Shelley’ family had reported him missing on Feb. 18, it said. An obituary described Shelley as someone who loved being by the ocean and out in the wilderness, fishing, boating, riding bikes, traveling, and spending time with his family. ....
